Now I got this in my change today and couldn't believe it. Now correct me if I'm wrong please but if I'm learning correctly this is a misaligned hammer (obv) die because the reverse (anvil) is still centered and the left side is slightly weaker strike than the right due to this obv misalignment. Would this be considered minor or major? Also to bad it didn't finish the strike with full steps.

Yeah, I agree with OCC, but this a keeper, in my opinion.
MADs typically only go so far.
