Potential Mint Error on 2019-D US $1 American Innovation-Georgia Coin

Hi, everyone!

First time posting here, glad to be a part of this community!

I came across this $1 US-D American Innovation coin from a coin roll at my local bank a few days ago, and there was something about the flame that struck me as odd.

Once I brought it under a microscope, I noticed this errant line in the flame that goes against the flowing lines. After searching countless examples online via eBay and elsewhere, I haven't come across one that has this anomaly.

The coin has been circulated, but I don't know if this anomaly could be circulation damage like a gouge: especially given how the line ends right at the hilt of the torch.

What do you guys think of this?

FYI...most microscope(s) have a SD card so that you can download your picture(s) to a PC/laptop and then use a photo software program (irfanview.com is free) to edit. It's rather helpful to use this software so that you can/may identity erorrs/problems on a particular coin/paper-money with a arrow(s) and also eliminate the out of focus screenshot(s).
As per the formentioned coin I do not see what you are referring to on the flame (this is were a arrow would be handy) and welcome to the community and also good first post. Try these websites Ebay is not the best place to check for numistic information.

I downloaded the photo and added an arrow. Is this the area you are refering to?
To me this looks like a bag mark from another coin. Is this gouge deep into the coin? or is it raised on the coin?
If it's deep into the coin like it looks to me it's just PMD. Post Mint Damage or a bag mark.
