2001 1 C. No plating.
No plating on the coin, but you know so often when you flip a cu plated coin; on the reverse you have copper missing, between the tops ov the details and rim. On normal coins. Well. This coin has copper in that spot. Where normal zinc coins do not. Like, above STATES.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

i'm not disagreeing with pete but i'm curious how much it weighs. i really only ask in case the images are tricking my eyes and i like being right but i really don't like telling someone isn't something when there is a chance it could be but most of the time we do not get images good enough for me to be 100% all the time.
it doesn't look like a missing plating error but just in case it is one AND has some environmental/acid issues.
never hurts to do secondary confirmation/testing anyway. good practice.coinfacts.com - conecaonline.info - board.conecaonline.org/forum/numismatic-site-links - briansvarietycoins.com - coppercoins.com - cuds-on-coins.com - doubleddie.com - error-ref.com - franklinlover.yolasite.com - ikegroup.info -lincolncentresource.com - maddieclashes.com - money.org - ngccoin.com/price-guide/world - ngccoin.com/census - ngccoin.com/resources/counterfeit-detection - nnp.wustl.edu - pcgs.com/pop - pcgs.com/coinfacts - pcgs.com/photograde - varietyvista.com - vamworld.com
