2000D Quarter coin mintmark

Hi guys .is this quarter coin doubled die or mintmark. Thanks.

It is not a doubled die. The mint mark area looks like it may have very slight MD.

It can't be an RPM since the mint stopped applying the MM's by hand in about 1990.
The bottom serif of the D did take a hit. It looks like the hit continued into the field beside the D and pushed up some metal giving the appearance of a secondary serif to the west.
