I am not able to find what doubling this is considered. The only doubling is on date.

In my opinion, its machine damage or worthless doubling. Its a condition where some of the material was sheared off. Its pretty common in the 1950 through 70s. Most people call it mechanical or machine doubling, ejection doubling, push doubling, ect but it all boils down to worthless doubling.

I got this 1962 25c Business Strike out of a P&D mint set. On the reverse it has what looks like a CUD where the mint mark should be, but it is right...You do not have permission to view this gallery.
